Chuck E. Cheese - Jonesboro

This was my first time since March 2020 that I took my daughter everywhere. I came at 10:00, but I had to wait an hour literally) when the staff opened the store. A few things are different now, 1. You will not receive tickets from the machine 2. You wear a bracelet that holds a digital record of your tickets 3. Chuck E is not yet available for children to interact Overall it was AMAZING as usual, and my daughter played for hours! Oh and guess what you... you're curious! If you want to get the kids out of the house, I would recommend you bring them here.

Thanks to the wonderful team.. They were nice and helped in every situation... I'm running in party thing was great... I thank you if u buy the birthday give unlimited choice... In the walk-in package and also the guest was nice.. And they solved the problem... The kids were ready to eat our pizza from another... And they fixed it... Thanks Team Chuckie Cheese

Great experience. A far cry of what I experienced in the pandemic two years ago. I could not just notice how updated their seats were and how interactive and friendly the Chuck E Cheese guy was. He danced (all current dances) with the children and took pictures. I was impressed. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional.

Did you know that you have all your own party supplies cakes and ice cream to E-cheese and have a birthday party? Because I didn't, but that's why we could have a successful party. I think her name was Claudine in the register that helped me get my daughter's birthday right. Thank you to the staff at this point for help and patience.

Location remodeled, new games, updated layout. Looks very nice. Kids have a great time without breaking my pocket. Staff friendly. Recommend this Chuck E. Cheese for sure.
