Pollo Trattoria, Uab Reinas - Jonava

We walked in, sat down, and left. It was a disappointing sight...

We ordered food over the phone and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we arrived at the cafe, it was empty, but we still had to wait another 20 minutes. While we were eating, we had to listen to the bartender swearing in the background, which was quite unpleasant, along with her complaints about who had disturbed her at what time. Everything was overshadowed by the bartender running out to smoke.

This place is nice and cosy. I did enjoy the food there.

The service was excellent, but the menu did not match the current situation.

I won two Zinger burgers, and I am very, very happy to have enjoyed these delicious Pollo burgers. We had a wonderful time with my friends during our lunch, and we were delighted not only by the taste of the burgers but also by the friendly service. A big thank you to Pollo!
