Steak n Shake - Joliet

We got Burger on 01/22. The food was hot and the burger was made neat, made it easier to eat and less creepy! By far the best steak and shaking site. And the person who works the window was very pleasant!

Steak and Shake have good burgers and shakes. Most frits are not the best, either cold or taste as they sit. Check your frits before you go.

Our fries were barely warm and there truthfullyweren 't any longer than 1/2 . I asked for extra pickles and boy did I get pickles! The chocolate shake had close to a cup of whipped cream instead of shake. I had forgotten how tiny their patties were. We went back through the line and bought more fries and they were Excellent.

Took long time at drive-up, waited for over 20 minutes getting to place order and getting food. Burger was real good and shakes where great. Just the long wait was only problem.

They served my pregnant fiancé a raw chicken nugget. I cannot begin to tell you how dangerous that is. Eat there at your own risk! Zero response from corporate and the store didn’t answer the phone.
