I've been driving all the way from Mishawaka, IN to buy their Ricotta cheese for 25 years. I have a couple extra ingredients I add to make it the perfect addition to my filling for Pierogy. It's not sweet....it's the best around too..... at least that's what they tell me.

A cheese factory that has a store on site. They carry real mozzarella cheese that many pizza restaurants use in the Chicagoland area. They have pre-made pizza Dough, and most things needed to make an Italian dish

I was getting there after business hours. They stayed open 25 minutes after officially closing waiting for me. Bought the roast beef. Beef and broth were in separate bags. Did not have to add any seasonings. Fantastic!

Great Italian Specialties!! Along with great service!! They offer several homemade items. Wish they had a store on the West side.
