Dunkin' - Joliet

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts! I've been coming here since they opened, and they have never let me down! The customer service is great, and everyone is so friendly. I often place large orders (like 6 sandwiches, 6 drinks, and donuts), and I always use the drive-thru. By the time I reach the window, my order is ready. I absolutely love this place!

I ordered a coffee, a donut, and some chocolate. The service was prompt, and the coffee was fresh and delicious.

So I literally just ordered my refresher and took a seat. All of the tables and counters are super dirty and there are 3 people working here. One who is taking care of the drive and the other 2 are just chatting. I mean why not clean the tables??!! It'sdisgusting in here!! Horrible!! There's really no customers so why not clean.

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and my bagel is smashed, not toasted, and has mold. This is my usual Dunkin and I?ve never had any issues with them before, that?s why I?m not giving them 1 star. But I?m shocked I would ever receive moldy foodfrom there.

Terrible coffee and food! When someone requests cream, they shouldn't be served straight black coffee—this was the case even after I stirred it. I ordered a maple bacon sandwich, and the bacon was totally undercooked. I'll be sticking to Lockport and Romeoville from now on. It seems that once they have your money, they couldn't care less about the quality of what they serve. They don't even deserve one star!
