Bidrage med feedbackIf fewer stars could be given...Unfortunately found myself and coworkers at lunch at this Arby's while out of town. My first impression when walking in was what's that smell?! It smelled like a combination of farts and smelly socks. So we place our order. There's only three of us ordering simple menu choices. Twenty minutes later(During which time I found one of the sources of the odor. The entire floor was absolutely filthy. after listening to the staff argue and bicker about what to do, and several people getting their food before us. Including what seemed to be an order taken on the shift supervisors cell phone with a disagreement over the price. We finally get our food. Fries were stale. Sandwich was good until I went to put Arby's sauce on it from the dispenser. It was ketchup. This place is awful. Avoid it at all costs!
I was here today and they were super busy. after about 12 minutes (I know it was 12 because the timer on the screen, the pending commands show) I hear the kerl working ask the people about my sandwich. they said they had done it and sent it. at this point I was frustrated and didn't want to wait any longer. the manager comes up and was super nice. she returned my order. when they returned it to my card, my order was done. so they gave me the meals for free. my attitude was eager and frustrated, but the manager was very apologetic and nice. they took a mistake in the job and frustrating experience and made more than for them. how she treated everything was very professional and accommodating. I will return
Eat was great, served hot and fresh. Tasteful. the parking lot is however a catastrophe! huge **** that goes into the parking lot of jefferson. more huge pots holes in the parking display well. I just stopped the traffic to get in, because I had a front end orientation and didn't want to screw it up and get another alignment.
Food was exactly what you expect from Arby 's. It wasn 't bad. What bothered me was the service. No one answered at the drive thru sign, 90% of the lights on the menu were out so it incredibly hard to order. And the sandwich I originally wanted to order the only reason for going to arby 's at all the chicken pecan salad sandwich is season and I just missed it by a few weeks. Ok, understandable.. What makes me mad is that i was there a month prior to this visit, arrived 5 minutes before close to order that exact sandwich.. Again, could get no service, so I drove to the window and knocked. The employee said they were closed for the night. I explained that I had been there before close and couldn 't get a response until I drove to the window and spoke to her face to face. It didn 't matter to her. Closed was closed and I bet she ignored me because she had already put everything away and cleaned for the next day. And it was still a minute before closing time! I pulled into a parking space to call my son so we could figure what else we wanted to eat and she was gone 5 minutes after close . Very disappointing and not the way to run a business, even a fast food business. They have lost my business and anyone that I tell. In my work experience, I 've had to stay open 30+ minutes because the customer is always right. I apologize for sounding bitter but I feel that was bad business. Very frustrating!
Three of the four employees were new, brand new, and untrained. Out of ingredients. The manager was the manager today. Had to reorder a sandwich 4 times and still had to leave with the wrong stuff. Ericsea could barely speak and had zero interpersonal skills. I felt so sorry for them all to be put in this situation by the real management. I was polite and patient. Not so much as a thanks as my food was slid to me across the counter with a dismissive sideways glance. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at Arby 's. I will not return to this Arby 's until I forget about this visit. Follow up, Arby 's: #5797 order #155 at 20:01, Aug 23, 2019.
