I won’t be going to the Westmont location anymore. I was disappointed during my last two visits. The sandwiches were lacking in size, and when we ordered through the app, our order was completely wrong. The staff were friendly, but the quality of the food is what truly matters. If you’re trying to save money by cutting corners on quality, you’re likely to lose more customers in the long run.

This was my first time visiting this Subway, and it was actually my first visit to any Subway in over a year. I ordered a foot-long rotisserie chicken and bacon sub, and it was really good. However, I'm still getting used to Subway's new rolls, which they switched out more than a year ago. The texture of the rolls reminds me of croissants, with a flaky quality that makes them easy to tear apart. The service was prompt and courteous, especially considering it was right after the lunch rush. The sandwich was constructed exceptionally well. I will definitely return and would recommend this franchise.
