Little House - Johnstown

430pm on a Saturday and no one is answering the phone and online ordering is closed. Did the company already close for good after only a few months with new management???Many months later and we decided to give them a try again. Says the are open at 5pm, it is 5:25. Called twice and nobody answers and goes to answering machine. I am convinced this business is no longer in operation. I will be marking this location as permanently closed unless they answer their dang phone for once. Also, disabled online ordering until 5:47pm today. Why that time specifically? Such a bizarre business run by a probably even crazier business owner.

I have no idea when this place is actually open anymore… try calling at 6pm no answer… also they have not had sushi in over 3 weeks…lol what a joke.

L am the owner of Little House Restaurant, usually l won't leave any review or report for any customers complain about our business, but unfortunately for today, l think l shall say something. l need to say thank you to all you guys our good customers, because we are really short of people, but you guys give us so many patient for waiting the food to be done. Thank you so many again. For those people leave about five different one star reviews for our business today, l think he is the same person. He is the only one who request us to give he the whole order of foods for free and got so mad to us, l just can't do it, if l give he what he want without piad any money, it was totally unfair to the other customers.

Horrible customer service or lack there of. Would not recommend this restaurant to any family or friends, nor will I ever be taking my business back to this establishment.

The girl at the counter was beyond rude. We waited almost 2 hours for our food. Never going here again.
