Great selection of donuts and muffins and fast and big parking area

Order wasn't quite right, wrong size. Drive through is opposite the dumpster.

Staff was great, the store was clean, and the muffin and iced coffee I had were fantastic.

As a travel/hotel/resort/hospitality critic, I cover all the details of a business from its outside appearance to its inner workings. Here are my hospitality ratings for this business. Ownership 0/10, Management 2/10, Inside employee service 5/10, Food preparation 7/10, Beverage preparation 7/10, Inside ambiance 5/10, Outside appearance 8/10, Drive through service 5/10. Overall business rating 5/10. Ownership shows little or no experience in hospitality and management. Management should be completely restructured and retrained. Employees are not all to blame for extremely low hospitality standards of management which include hiring people who are not qualified to work in hospitality, lack of or poor training, negative attitude. A business like this only survives because many repeat customers see it as a convenient location, they are not particular about accuracy of preparation or orders, they don't care about high service standards, or inside ambiance. If you are a new customer that has not done business here, I suggest trying a nearby location until higher standards are in place, unless you only care about getting your food and drink any way you can.

I only get to come to this location once a week, but each time they never fail. It is THE BEST customer service I have ever had! They are always so polite and so accommodating. I choose this location over the one thats down the street from my house and never regret it. This location makes being 5 minutes late to work worth it.
