Wendy's - Feedback

I'm at Wendy's drive thru right now and it's been almost 30minutes in the drive thru and I'm still not to the paying window and there is only 2 cars ahead of me...

They got our order wrong, and screamed at us when we went back to check it. Fries were over cooked, and overall just a poor experience.
