Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Johnson City

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have never came online to leave a review, but after my experience, I could not help it. Came through the drive through today and ordered a chicken quesadilla. My food was very cold and I had to pull two 6 inch pieces of brown hair out of my mouth after taking one bite ?. I am so disgusted. I usually eat here at least once or twice a week. I can deal with the rude employees, but the hair in my food has ruined one of my favorite places to eat. I will never eat here again. I am horrified ?

Gavyn was incredibly kind and extremely helpful. He truly embodies what it means to be a great employee; I would recommend giving him a raise immediately! The smoothie was also delicious, and I will definitely be returning.
