I ordered a sandwich and a salad, and I specifically asked them to note down all the details for the sandwich to avoid any mistakes. Unfortunately, the staff member still got it wrong. My salad ended up with a lot of items I didn't request, and my sandwich had nothing on it except for the meat. When I tried to call the restaurant to address the issue, no one answered the phone. I feel like I completely wasted my money. I'm really upset that even though the store was open, they were unresponsive about correcting my order. I plan to reach out to corporate and call the restaurant again in the morning, hoping to resolve this issue.
Went into order a sub sandwich and the lady said she had too many orders and barked what do you want. I politely ask her not to speak to me that way. She was so rude, I left and went to another subway. This was 5/18/22 7:00pm I did not get her name, but will steer clear
In the last month I've when in 4 different times ever time they had forgotten to lay out any pizza crust. The most frustrating part is this time I ask before my family ordered because the last 3 times. She woman working told me they did started with the sub after finishing it told me actually they forgot to lay it out. Why not check when I ask so we didn't have to go different place to eat.
Madison was very friendly. Our sandwiches were very well prepared and very tasty.
The staff(always just one overworked person) is always nice. If you own this place I would consider hiring another person. You think you are saving money but I watched 3 people walk in and walk out within 15 minutes. Eventually I left without ordering as well because I was put on hold for an online order. The Subway on Oakland usually has two people so I’ll keep going there.
