Pizza Hut - Johnson City

Ordered the super surprreme. It is delicious. I will definitely order it again. Delivery driver was very nice.

Tried to order online. No steak for the melt which is why I chose PH tonight, but ok. Site couldn't process either of my cards even after triple checking info was input correctly. Called to order and was on hold so long that I downloaded the app... which said stuffed crust was out of stock. Someone picked up my call and said they would get a supervisor to take my order. I didn't ask for that... just wanted to order. Tried to file a complaint online...it wouldn't process the complaint. Called Customer Service and when I finished explaining, no one was on the line. I rarely order from here, but that melt is pretty terrific. Doubt I'll try again given the utter fail in good business tonight. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up.
