Bidrage med feedbackTook my granddaughter to get a Greek Salad. She loves it eats every bite and a cookie. We dined in it part of going to lunch together . I had my very favorite tomato soup and half the chicken salad Sammy. Both of us enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend Panera. You will be able to find something you like maybe even your new favorite lunch. The menu is extensive soups, salads sammies, great breakfast selection, delicious coffee, hot and iced, other yummy drink selections, and SO much more. Enjoy!
AVOID! A group order on October 20 to be picked up on October 21. When we went to pick up our order, they first said it was not ready. 25 minutes later they said that someone had picked it up already, 40 minutes later they said: That they were still working on our order and well over an hour after our scheduled pickup time, our order was ready to pick up. Not only our travels delayed due to their ineptitude, but we also missed three pieces from our order. We called the night to make sure they could handle it, but that's why we won't use it anymore. Full time waste and ridiculous about price.
I'm a biscuits and gravy kind of person, however , I've come to discover that I can get an enjoyable, filling, very well prepared meal at Panera. My wife and I have a really good dinning experience every time we stop in.Food: 4/5
For me its not about the food, the cost, or environment. What kills me, is that every employee I interacted with just looks like they don’t want to be here, or to talk to me when I need something, and that is NOT a reflection on them, but rather a reflection on how their workload is managed day-to-day.A note to management: Your employees absolutely do not enjoy their workload, please treat them with respect.To the guy who looked at me with joyless eyes: I am sorry.
Employees at pickup are extremely EXTREMELY rude especially the smaller curly haired girl. These workers in most fast food/restaurants complain they don't make enough money yet want to be snobs to customers. These girls are probably barely over 18 and act like their 5. Gossiping about customers in front of other customers, giving rude looks and just completely ignored us and we waited 25 mins before being helped. I worked in the restaurant business for years and it's sad a company allows these workers to act the way they do and not be professional and treat customers more decently knowing if not for the customer, businesses would close. Also making fun of customers behind their backs? VERY unprofessional. Panera needs more reliable staff and apparently more focused management.
