Marco's Pizza - Johnson City

Can I just say that we have had great experiences at Marco’s pizza across from Earthfare. My husband was running an hour late picking up our order tonight and I called and guess what, they baked a new pizza hot at no charge and we got the hour old pizza too (I mean, this was our fault and they fixed it... Their family salads are loaded with toppings. Their white cheese pizza is really quite amazing for a chain. I guess what I’m saying is these are typically all signs of good management and I’m shocked to find this in a pizza place and really impressed. Anyway, give them a try if you want a break from another chain.

I have been eating this pizza off and on for 5 years now. Take out or delivery, always a great pizza and good service. They tell you a time and have never been late delivering. Most times, they are earlier than stated. Hard to say that about most delivery places anymore.

A review from my eleven year old son (who doesn 't particularly like pizza): 'This pizza is SOOOO GOOD! It 's like it speaks to my soul and tells it how to lead a happy life! ' Pretty deep.

My coworker and I called to place an order, but I had to hang up because we weren't sure what we wanted. The store manager called me back a couple minutes later, told me that they were closed, but they had what I had asked about and wanted to make sure we got our order in and they'd go ahead and deliver it. Talk about good customer service, I was shocked. For a place to have service like that PLUS good food is unheard of these days. Much appreciated, Marcos. Can't recommend you guys enough!

This isn’t my first time from ordering from here and it seems like I get shorted the extra stuff. The pizza was great tasting and to the person and owner who says you don’t skimp on toppings yes you do. As you see I ordered double beef and extra cheese this is what a regular pizza should look like without ordering extra!! The items shorted red pepper packet and side of parm. Justice the delivery driver was great. And we’ll get the usual reply instead of like a credit or a gift certificate it’s. Could send a code to email cause I’m in area every Tuesday and order here from time to time.
