Dunkin' - Johnson City

Love this new location. Loved the Iced Mocha Swirl Coffee and non dairy Peach Coconut Refresher...yum! Ordered mediums but ended up getting Larges and that's ok. Prices were good for these sized drinks.

I can't say enough about Dunkin'Donuts and how much I absolutely love their coffee and how they will brew fresh if you ask them. The customer service is excellent, especially with the extra help they've had lately as the another store gets renovated. I really hope that they would build a new building if they get a chance, instead of renovation and having them be closed. It's part of my OCD I'm sure but stopping in here when I'm running errands etc really helps get me going gives me the energy I need to get everything finished. Thank you for giving military discounts allowing me to stop much more often than I could usually.

Excellent breakfast biscuits and who doesn't LOVE their doughnuts and other pastries!!! Plus, the young lady was super nice. In fact, for the past week I've been eating fast food while my wife is in JC Med Center ICU. This sandwich, sourdough bread, two eggs, ham, bacon and cheese was definitely the BEST meal that I've had all week so thank you DD.

ME AND MY SISSY HAVE BEEN TO QUITE A FEW DUNKIN' DONUTS FROM KINGSPORT TO BRISTOL TO JOHNSON CITY TO ELIZABETHTON BUT THE NUMBER ONE OUT OF ALL THESE THE ONE IN GRAY TENNESSEE IS FAR MORE THE BEST THAT ME AND MY SISTER HAS EVER BEEN TO THE GIRLS HERE ARE JUST TOTALLY AWESOME FANTASTIC EVERY ONE OF THEM ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT THEY SERVE YOU WHAT THEY SMILE THEY GET YOUR ORDER CORRECT AND IT'S FRESH EVERY TIME SO MY OPINION IF YOU WOULD LIKE A GOOD DUNKIN' DONUTS COFFEE OR WHATEVER THE ONE IN GRAY IS THE ONE TO HIT UP JUST SAYING

I have been visiting this location almost weekly for some time and 99% of the time, they do a fantastic job. (Everyone has an off day.. and that's okay). Today, they TOTALLY rocked it and went above and beyond. Due to staffing issues, walk-in was closed for online orders. I get it .. don't blame them but I really prefer over drive through becuase I am in and out quickly. So, today it was drive through and I gave them my name. Still about 5-6 cars ahead of me when I look to my left and someone is coming out the back door with my order!!! That folks.. is service.. with a smile to boot. Love this Dunkin'.
