Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

This was my first visit to the restaurant in Johnson City, TN. It followed the same standards as other locations, so there were no surprises, which was what I was looking for this time. The food was good, the steak was cooked properly, and the service was excellent. I ordered the pecan chicken salad, and it was presented just as I expected. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. However, I did notice that the restaurant handled quite a few takeout orders; our table was situated near the door, and every time it opened or closed, a cold draft would sweep in. This forced us to keep our coats on throughout the meal. I suggest that a two-door entry system be added in this area, or moving the pick-up orders to the lobby could be a quick fix.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The honey butter croissants were simply outstanding! The service was exceptional too; everyone was incredibly friendly! The food arrived fresh, and the restaurant itself was spotless! I will definitely be returning!

I have never had a bad meal here. Ever. The whole roasted chicken was amazing. Nice crispy skin. Seasoned nicely. *chef's kiss*

From start to finish, the service was top notch. The food was fresh, well prepared, and simply divine. The restaurant was clean and running like a well-oiled machine.
