Doppio Zero Greenside - Johannesburg

The so-called vegan medium pizza looked quite small, and I found a piece of meat in the center, which is concerning. The flavor was disappointing. The vegan pizza is also ridiculously overpriced for what you actually receive—or rather, what you don't receive. The additional toppings are pricey as well. On the positive side, the crust of the pizza was lovely and crispy. I would have preferred just enjoying the crust by itself.

I really appreciate that they have a “vegan pantry; specially made for vegans” section. My first dish was incredible—the Schroom-Marrow pasta. I regret not remembering the name of the person who assisted us, but they were very friendly and made our evening fantastic. Doppio Zero is definitely my go-to spot, especially since their pizza is out of this world!

Doppio is an excellent choice for a business lunch. It's a popular spot, and if chosen for a business dinner, it's wonderful to have vegan and gluten-free options available. The staff is friendly and the service is superb.

Sometimes there are no vegan spots open, so this is a good back-up plan! food and service quality is decent

The vegan pizza is outrageously priced for what you receive (or rather, what you don't). The extras are also overpriced. The crust was nice and crispy, and honestly, I would have probably been happier just eating the crust on its own.
