Mcpuffin's Atlantic Seafood - JOGGINS

Don't eat here! I ate the worst food in my life. Should be switched off by a health check. They gave us a dirty coffee dyed fork and napkin. I asked about water and there were white things that float everywhere. It didn't drink. The fries were good, but fish had broken. The chicken burger looked under boiled (but warns), although I could not eat it as it tasted like it was cooked with the fish. It didn't taste like chickens. Cross-contamination unsafe. Also her garlic bread was Litteraly only butter toast.

Great little fish restaurant! Had the fish sandwich with frits and mussels. Really enjoyed everything! Good prices too!

Today at McPuffins. Food was extraordinary. My husband had the McPuffin Burger with Fritten and I had 2pc fish and chips. OMG was sooo good. We come from the east coast of NS and know fresh fish. Batter on fish was light, no fat and fish was cooked for perfection. His burger was great. The frits are probably some of the best hand cut pommes I've ever eaten. Crispy and light and simply delicious. Service was great. Do not read the two or three bad reviews. Some people may complain. best

What a fabulous hidden gem to enjoy a meal with your family. The food was phenomenal, my daughter had the seafood fattyuccini and it was the most delicious fetters I had, she inhaled it! My stepson had the crispy chicken burger and husband had the squid, they enjoyed these dishes very much! So fresh! I had the tormented salad and the vegetables were so crisp and freshly paired with a delicious dressing. Highly Highly recommend!

What a fantastic gem of a restaurant to stop at on the way to Joggins. We were able to have a delicious meal there and get a history tour from the owner Greg. It's amazing how quickly he was able to make 5 meals and serve us while also telling us stories about the area. Looking forward to stopping by at the next visit again.
