Taco Bell - Joelton

Pros: Speedy Service. Friendly staff. Precise orders. Cons: Food can sometimes be prepared sloppily.

We had a great experience at the Taco Bell in Joelton on Whites Creek Pike. The server who took our order was very kind, friendly, and professional. The grilled cheese Burrito and roasted cheese Chalupa were both delicious. The restaurant was clean and had social distancing measures in place. They also provided new plastic cups for beverage refills. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Very slow and even more rude employees. For the price I would have paid for 3 meals, I would have got real Mexican food and left a nice tip. Go to the street only 50 feet and get a meal or sit for less money. At least you don't eat a cold meal of them like you from here. Very disappointed. I could have got a better service for the money. The lady gave me a cup of coke. I ask 3 different times for napkins. To finish it. Drove 5 minutes to me home and food was cold and tasted like it was hot at any place then warmed and served.

I frequent this Taco Bell, usually service and quality are great. Today, not so much. I spent $15 for lettuce, sour cream, and red sauce on a floured tortilla.

Incredible as always! i?ve only had good experiences here, the workers are super nice, helpful, and the food comes out very quick every time. i highly recommend this location!
