Bidrage med feedbackFor a long time, the assessment has not been so difficult for me. I always evaluate according to (subjectively) justified expectations and I don 't mind businesses that correspond to the 80s/90s in terms of atmosphere and environment, maybe even the other way around. I also don 't mind the occasional unkempt or untidy outdoor areas and items like a decommissioned dirty rickety barbecue that I 'm afraid they still use occasionally... After all, I grew up in a village centered around a classic pub in a kukturak by the football field where also a look at the kitchen windows said No, it can 't look as bad from the inside as it does from the outside and here I wasn 't in the kitchen to judge... The fact that you have to go inside for the menu, as well as for ordering, doesn 't make me decide either... The reason why I give such a low rating is elsewhere in the food. In our kukturák and similar patties, I expect an honest taste, not even honest ingredients or complicated specialties, but taste! When you have soup in such a place, and you have something boiled, it should be clear to you that the broth has been bubbling on a low heat all night. When you have Moravian sparrow, it should be properly cooked, not just soft and unidentifiable meat taste. Cabbage is supposed to play with sweetness, saltiness and acidity, and it doesn 't even matter if one flavor gets a little too much, but it tastes... My problem with this place is that the environment is not worth much and instead of honest cuisine, the food is prepared in such a way as not to say. Is it soft? It is, so what are you complaining about? Something like kofola has bubbles? It has, although it seems like yesterday, but it has. Are there cabbage, sausage and potatoes in the vegetable garden? They are, it doesn 't matter that it tastes like someone just threw it all in boiling water at once and added salt and a lot of flour... Well, we definitely won 't be coming back. Maybe somewhere in a campsite where they only have something fried or pizza everywhere, we would appreciate it there, but in Jílové we would definitely prefer to go somewhere else, or even to a nearby kebab (without being there)... I 'm giving two stars only because it wasn 't in any way objectionable, it 's just that our school canteen cooks cheaper and significantly better.
