That was the worst food we've eaten for a long time! the special fried was bland and under-cooked rice. the noodles were so small that the meat inside did not exist! we ordered a pork dish and dragged the line there and sent it back when it was chewing and tasted! would never return.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in newcastle. eating is always fantastic and no matter what I'm ordering, I'm always thrilled with my meal! the raven at this place is highly recommended! server are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. can not wait to return and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere in newcastle.

Absolutely atrocious service. The staff was so rude over the phone and hung up abruptly. Food came late, soggy and cold even though the restaurant was a few minutes away. Overly priced for such terrible food stay away!

Sorry, but if you call yourself “Dumpling Kitchen” you should at least be able to serve up a fairly decent dumpling. My steamed dumplings were luke warm and stodgy and the pan-fried dumplings were also barely warm and greasy. Dirty cutlery, grubby tables and the service was unfriendly bordering on weird. Fortunately there are plenty of good places to get dumplings around Newcastle.
