An excellent restaurant for both fish and meat. Mixed fried food at the top of the Marche region

So I understand that it's summer and it's brutally hot, I understand that the air conditioning is broken, it can happen, but you can't make us sit at the table, leave us there for 10/15 minutes and not bring or stop by to ask if we want in the meantime a bottle of water.... we're dying from the heat, do we want to make a doubt come to us? Furthermore, those who came after us were told they could eat outside?!? Then there are 4 of us at the restaurant... is it possible that we have to wait as if the place were full? And as if that wasn't enough, they tell me that the pasta for the first course, which I ordered over an hour before, isn't there... isn't anyone looking at the orders? Considering that there are 4 of us cats.... In my opinion there is some problem....better to go elsewhere.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We've wanted to go for a long time and we finally did, we had a first course and a hot/cold starter, all delicious but the starter is from another world, exceptional! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60
