Yemenite Falafel Center - Jerusalem

I thought I had a great falafel, but that's all from the park. absolutely perfect texture, taste, balance. wow!

The owner of this small house is very friendly and helpful. he can explain all the ingredients, and everything is vegan. he makes the best felafel (the texture and taste are amazing) and he makes a very sharp Charifa sauce. the sides include chips, auberginen, pickles, tahini. oh, and the jemenit take on a pita is far beyond any pita I have ever eaten. I cry to sleep at night because I can't eat this felfel every day. I don't exaggerate. it is very disturbing that this place is so far from California.
