Uncle Momo - Jersey City

I recently stopped by for brunch and it wasn't too shabby. I was seated in about 10 minutes and the service was quick and laid-back. I ordered the eggs benedict, which were done well. The bacon was okay. I also tried the hummus, which was a little salty. The prices were fair and the portions were generous. The service seemed a bit hurried, probably because they were short-staffed. I'll have to come back for dinner and try some of their tempting dishes that I saw on the menu. Overall, the brunch menu was pretty standard.

This restaurant is a delightful spot for Eastern cuisine. I am absolutely hooked! The moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. I tried the momos breakfast and it was a perfect choice for those who want to sample a bit of everything. It included eggs, salad, labne, hummus, tabbouleh, and fries, all of which were delicious. The house pastries were particularly outstanding in flavor. I also ordered a plate of baba ganoush and enjoyed it thoroughly. I always love to finish off with some Arabic coffee. I can't wait to return and try their lunch and dinner offerings.

Both the lamb and the chicken are incredibly tender, though a tad bit salty. The prices are reasonable.

An old world café with delicious Lebanese food in the middle of the city of jersey city. this place has strong coffee for the morning, byob for the evening, and delicious hummus all dang day. her hummus is light on the pasty side of the Bonzo-Dip spectrum, which is completely my ding. the rest of the menu I tried is full of taste and it is always fresh. how fresh? try their tabuli! they lean down to the parisian cafe vabe with chill service, so be warned, they don't come here on the way to catch a train at the path! it is sometimes for brunch and dinner at the weekend so factor in some buzz time. my favorite time is the late afternoon on a weekday when I need an elixir in the new york minute.

High quality food. First time here and having brunch. Every single item was absolutely delicious. Specifically I have to say the hummus was one of the best I've ever had.
