Definitely a hidden jem in Jersey City. I come from Texas and came to the Big Apple for a Memorial Day 2023 getaway. The restaurant is own by 1 guy. He's also the one that cooks your order too. In other words, he's a jack of all trades owner, server, and chef. This isn't your typical Thai restaurant. The owner puts a unique twist that makes him stand out from his competitors. I mean, who would of that to put what appears to be spicy May on Pad Thai. I originally thought it would taste weird, but wow was it good! Also came with a small side of kale salad w/dressing. Since there's only 1 person doing everything at the store, remember to have patience. The store I believe is currently a work in progress, but it's the food that counts/matters! It’s a bit confusing on Google map as Prince I’s location is same as Kinsen, the previous Thai restaurant at the same location. Kinsen is closed so there’s only Prince I at this location now.
