Poke N’ Ramen 3 - Jersey City

Miso windows and poke salmon onigiri were AWESOME. Definitely ordering again.

My favorite lunch noodle place in Jersey City. The food and staff are the best.

Taro bubble tea tastes watered down. Ramen was ok, not great.

I added extras (for $2 each) to my mala stew and they forgot to add BOTH extras. The stew was also mediocre and my husband’s ramen was bland. The ordering process was not smooth either. The woman at the register kept interrupting me to speak to her colleague when I was trying to place my order. On top of all that, we had been sitting off to the side waiting for our order to go and they never indicated our food was ready. I finally got up after about 7 minutes and the woman pointed to our dishes which had just been sitting there.

The service is always bad, but the food is usually good. I ordered a brown sugar boba and it was not my first time. I noticed the taste was off after trying it a couple times and smelled it to find out the milk is spoiled. I went back to ask for a refund as I paid over $8 for it and I was told that I could replace it with another drink. I did not want another drink and they told me the manager was not in to give me a refund. Based on the weird facial expressions from the woman who told me this, I believe it was a lie in order to get me to give up on getting a refund. I am going to dispute it with my bank. I've learned by now not to waste my time on money hungry evil people.
