Papa Johns Pizza - Jersey City

On Oct 9th Sunday at 2:15 pm I spoke to a some guy I told him 3 times I wanted chicken and peppers on half of the pie and regular on the other half and when I get the order it didn't have no peppers this was bad. I hope they work on their staffbetter and put people on the phone that can take an order right.

Had planned a large takeover order at a certain time later on the day. the order has been done correctly, finished in time and they have also asked to confirm. the pizza (Veggie/Buffalo chicken/cheese) were delicious and overall it was a great experience.

Great service on time and hot will use again and again I recommend to anyone who loves pizza

I ordered today online to be delivered to the school so I call for the status of my order the guy told me that the first driver didn’t make it because the street was block. I mean hello you didn’t even call of what’s going on on my order pizza is expected on my sons volleyball celebration. Just at least a call. Very poor communicau
