Miso Ramen - Jersey City

Ramen broth had very little flavor and just didn't taste like ramen broth. I barely ate it and was very disappointed. the short ribs were tender and well cooked, but I wouldn't order again. Gyozas were tasty!

Love the kalbi ram; the broth and the flesh are both super tasteful. tofu ramen w/ chicken broth is a really good comfort food.

Food was underwhelming and lacked some flavour but the service was very poor. Our server was rude, impolite and unfriendly from the minute we stepped inside. Her tip was based on our experience and when we left she ran out and told us to just keep the tip because it was apparently a slap in the face because of how low it was. But her eye rolls and rude responses were the reason for it. I wish we had gotten her name but she didn't introduce herself

Cute place, delicious ramen, big portion, love the broth , the buns, specially the chicken one, is crispy n so flavorful...amazing...will come back for sure, to try more items...

Great ramen but not open for dine in from months, hence deducting a star as ramen is best eaten hot and fresh. I always take the kalbi or oxtail ramen, both are fantastic. I have been calling around 8 months when restaurants started opening up dine in. Every time I hear the same response that they will open it up in two weeks, and they are waiting for employees to complete the second vaccination dose. Called at least 10 times till in the pandemic ! All the other restaurants in the area are open for dining from months.
