Mcdonald's - Jersey City

The new manager is terrible! he was really mean to me when I tried to get my order and yell at me and said that they did not take their order. if I could give this a 0 star, I would be good: 2/5

Food is good, but service takes time and atmosphere is too crowded and tables were not cleaned promptly.Food: 5/5

Wasn’t busy at night , customer service is mostly not there , they don’t usually welcome customers, service took like 5-7 mins for pick up even it was only me and not busy at night but thats ok compared to other branches that may take 15-20 mins for pick up , just saying “ hello “ or “ how can i help you “ may make the experience much easier but yea sometimes its a long day for everyone i do understand and thats why i gave three stars

$7 egg muffin meal in the Morning makes the day efficient.
