I eat here pretty much weekly. Chicken Madras is always my choice. The flavours are great and it’s very fairly priced.

The food is delicious BUT the service is awful. If they pick up the phone, then your order will take about 2h to be delivered. We usually pick up our food now, it’s worth it but they have to answer the phone so we can make the order

Lotus restaurant had to shut down, Reason continuous doubtful activity carried out by Joy G.. Frequent cops are called due to bad conduct . Never recommend this place.

Most horrible place I ever went. I do not know how people find it good but for us it was simply worst, may be we got special treatment.. We went on buffet lunch as a group 14 people so cant walk out in middle but it was a dirty and mess all around The menu we were promised was not served There were no name tags on food and veg and non veg items were kept in same container having sections Everything in food was looking leftover/reheated including salad. Only by looking the food anyone can tell food is not fresh, even the ice cream was hard to identify as ice cream or custard Once ant container was empty it was not refilled until you ask many times and wait 15 20 min No tissue/spoons/water until you ask again and again. Place was so cold and heating was not on util we asked multiple times and everyone was feeling cold even with jackets I will not go and suggest not to go this place again at any cost.

Expect shockingly sweet (for Indian food) to suit the American palate.
