I truly appreciated this restaurant in 2019 for its consistent quality, but lately, I have experienced a significant decline in their service. Instead of proactively informing customers about unavailable items when ordering online, they have simply been substituting whatever they feel like. This lack of communication is frustrating. The only reason I continued ordering from them was because of the exceptional customer service provided by the young lady in charge, who always rectified any issues. However, it seems that the rest of the staff, responsible for preparing the orders, doesnt share the same level of care for the customers or the restaurant. The taste of the food has also noticeably changed, leading me to believe that there might be different cooks in the kitchen. Regrettably, based on these recent experiences, I have decided not to order from this restaurant again.

Everything they make is delicious. The mofongo and their Sandwiches are out of this world.

They still have good food but I'm not sure if the hours have changed. Went about 5 o'clock and they were almost done for the day which is rare.
