The Manager at the Westside and University Ave branch listened patiently and promptly made an effort to retrieve the order I placed in error at the wrong branch in Jersey City. With no hesitation, he gave me a brand new order at his branch. Awesome service!!!

Placed an order for delivery, the first guy named Micah on Uber went for my order and left without confirming. I explained this to the staff they said they sent out my order awhile ago it’s not there priority to make sure it’s confirmed. I told them that means you’ll have to prepare the order again since he never came to deliver it and it’s still “preparing” in the app, they refused.

Place is nice and clean. I just had large Cajun fries but this place provides way less fries than any other five guys I have been to.

Ordered my food online at 6:45PM. It said ready at 6:53PM. I got here at 7:00PM cause it’s always late here when I order online. Like they always take forever. It’s now 7:15PM. I stood here for 15 minutes watching them dance around and crack jokes. Stood here for staring at my burger getting cold. The fries have been cooked for ten minutes now. They’re just standing around. Playing music and dancing. It’s now 7:20PM and I finally got my food.
