Dunkin' - Jersey City

The menu is identical to every other Dunkin' Donuts location. The seating area is quite small, so takeout is a better option. During the morning hours from 6 AM to 8 AM, the wait time can be longer, but after that, service is generally much faster.

Be cautious with this restaurant. They will overcharge you beyond the prices displayed and may not provide you with a receipt to hide the discrepancy. The service is also lacking; if you ask for sugar, they simply hand you packets and expect you to add it yourself. I recommend going somewhere else for your coffee or breakfast.

This is the most disorganized Dunkin' I've ever been to. They can never seem to remember your order, even just 10 seconds after you place it. Every time I walk in, there's someone arguing with the staff.

Very rude and the staff billed us extra! After asking , she started arguing and told us the combination we ordered would also come up the same amount.. After showing the display board she accepted. obviously the coffee tasted really bad because she wasnot happy.

This guys change for no ice in ur drink I Oder refresher and I asked for no ice she charged me 1$ saying it's gonna be 1$ extra and the manager told me that it's management fee
