Subway - Jerome

I've never encountered any issues when ordering food from here. The staff is always friendly and does a great job.

If I could leave the zero stars, I would. where do I start? first, the chief woman had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. she had the greatest representation and made sure that everything was made away, not the customers away. She gave me so much meat on the sandwich and when I asked for more sweet, she claimed they were lacking. She just put six oliven on my sandwich and then mad at me because I asked more. as in the understanding of the lack of, but the fact that she gave me so much as I asked a simple question is a proof of the bad quality of service that this subway offers. she also moved with no sense of dringkeit do not go here! go to the Walmart store. If I had it for me, I would close the subway. I can guarantee that the thing to drive the sales on this subway is customer service, not the overuse of vegetables. second, it was so dirty! the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, no paper towels, and only one of the hand dryer worked. the floors were sticky and you could see the stains on the urinals! I've never been to a rest room where the urinals stained on them. the front lobby looks like she didn't sleep in a week. third, we went into (obviously), but if they thought that the journey through would be better, think again. the customer on the journey through waited fifteen minutes (where we were there, so it was more definitiw) until they were served. Even in the driveway through the woman at the front gave such a bad attitude that I personally would have run through directly if she spoke to me like that. the energy they just get in is like a walmart on black friday. there was such a negative energy in the air that directly when they are in them trying to go back. again: this is the DOWN professional! not use area! not got!

I am very disappointed about this visit in the subway at the location jerome from the autobahn jerome. they have a sign, say no extra sweet because of lack ok, I understand, but does it mean that we get only half what we originally got on our sandwich, that we pay the same for? they put only 3 spinat leaves, and I asked if I could have a little more, and they showed on the sign and 2 pfefferminze?
