Stopped for takeout in the road- no complaints, service with a smile the food was what we ordered no

The service is very poor and being cheap about asking more cups when I order boxes of coffee for bunch people and didn’t allow us have any other utensils and wares I need . I never experienced limited service at anyother Panera.

Do not eat here. There was a mouse crawling over and around my feet in the booth I was sitting at with my son. I have never been more disgusted in my life. This mouse felt brave enough to come out in the daytime while there were people in the dining area. Just imagine what the mice are doing when the restaurant closed for the night and empty of people. I feel ill just thinking about it. I will NEVER, ever eat at another Panera Bread again. Absolutely disgusting!

Im tired of inputting my meal. Pick up my meal. Toss stuff. Never see another human. Faster? Blah. I can make my own. Where is human interaction? The service to the table? It's way too pricy for self-service. I can go to subway and get better service and fresh food for half the price.
