Paisano's Pizza - Jermantown

We ordered a pizza for delivery. The gentleman repeated our address. Pizza didn’t arrive so we called. We were told they put the order in for pickup. They made a new pizza but didn’t say,, we’re sorry for the mixup we’ll refund the money or what can we do for you. New pizza was to arrive at 7:35 it’s now 7:43. I think it’s time to look for a new pizza place.

They insist on trespassing on private priority to place their ads on mailboxes. Tampering with mailboxes is a Federal offense. Annoying people doesn't make them want to order your cholesterol filled food

My meal had only one tiny piece of meat for some reason yet they made sure to stuff all the cheese and lettuce but conveniently forgot the main part of the meal???? still paid full price

Delicious, reasonably priced pizza! Great service too, would recommend!

The staff and manager went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my dine in experience, I will definitely be coming back and referring my co workers and friends.
