Kfc - Jericho

The drive thru was horrible. For some unknown reason the person on the drive thru was taking a long time with everyone. The people waiting online were beeping their horns.

For the second time in 2 months I go to this location and chicken was missing from my order. I ordered 3 pieces and received only 2 tiny pieces. Because I checked the box this time before reaching home I noticed this and told the guy at the window. Icomplained to him that they need to do better and this happens everytime I come there. A spanish female worker behind him thenasked me why do I keep coming back if this happens all the time. She doesn't deserve to work at your restaurant and because ofher you have lost a customer. I live literally around the corner from this store and i will driver to popeyes further away forchicken and not come back here. The last time this happened I never wrote a complaint but this girls aggression towards me todayis the last straw. All this happened while the manager in her black sweater stood there, watched and laughed.

Standard kfc. Bought lunch for some people. Employee working the counter was very nice end helpful. I overheard him explaining to a customer how he was spending more money ordering a certain way and helped him adjust his order so be would save some money.

JULY 5TH 20222- Do not go here! This is a nasty location! THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! HE WAS PERSON AT THE WINDOW AND HE FILLED UP OUR 1/2 GALLON OF TEA WITH SODA INSTEAD HOPING WE WOULDN'T CARE BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME. WE CAME BACK AND HE TRIED TO FILL ITWITH HALF SWEET TEA HALF UNSWEETENED THEN GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN WE CAUGHT IT. I SAID FORGET ANYTHING BROWN JUST FIX ME LEMONADE.WHEN I GOT BACK HOME AND OPEN THE FOOD THIS WAS MY GRAVY. AT THIS POINT I'M NOT EATING ANYTHING AND WASTED MONEY.THE MANAGER WASA SHORT SPANISH MAN. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TO SWITCH MY STUFF WAS CLASSLESS AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. CRAZY WHAT PPL DO YO SAVEMONEY. DO NOT GO HERE

The guy in the drive-through is unbelievably Rude, poor service, drive-through order completely wrong. The order literally couldn’t have been more wrong. Not a single item was correct. I’m almost impressed.
