White Castle - Jennings

Food is actually really good just be ready to wait in the drive thru to get it. It's a big parking lot very well lit and easy to get in and out of. Off the highway a little bit but not bad. Lot of usual discarded wasted food in the parking lot but other than that not to dirty.

Was very slow and took well over 30 mins to get our food.

Workers seemed to not know what they were doing. Tried ordering 1921 burgers and they had no lettuce or tomatoes… tried ordering shake, and stated they didn't have shake… when continuing with order, young lady came across intercom and said well when you figure out what you want just let me know… I was in the middle of an order… so we left the line with no food… WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Food was delicious and usually is, hot and fresh! Yet I go there quite often and still have not met a pleasant or friendly employee ever, I don't think? I don't like abuse, but the taste and the speed keep me coming back. This store should be dubbed, “White Hassle”.

Always has a super long line. Short staffed. Very rude service and ghetto over the intercom. I came in from out of town because I'm from St. Louis but live out of state and wanted white castle but was given over cooked fish and cold sliders. Fries where cold and stiff. I do not recommend. Also watch a man get robbed in the next parking lot over.
