Bidrage med feedbackThis place has changed a lot and I’m sad to say that what was my favorite bakery in Portland is now a shell of its former self. They stopped milling their own flour, they stopped making boules and now only make pan loaves, and moved away from full meals that they used to have at their former location. The service was never exactly snappy, but the quality was excellent. And then there’s the move. I had placed an order online for pickup and while I was waiting in line I got a notification that my order was cancelled. When I talked to the cashier she apologized and said it wasn’t a normal occurrence. She said she didn’t want me to leave empty handed and gave me focaccia bread (which was delicious). Even though my first experience didn’t go as planned it was a good one due to their great customer service and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We tried the seasonal focaccia, squash cheese roll, pear rosemary danish and olive bread and all of them were perfection! Really interesting and beautiful flavor combinations, very fresh and quality ingredients. I would describe this bakery as specialty, artisan and well worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful in making our selections. We are excited to return and try more of their offerings!
