Bidrage med feedbackWhat a unique experience.. Choose from three starters, 2 main dishes, bread and dessert.. Red or white wine. We chose the olives and Maggie's salad to start with olive bread.. We shared the ravioli and the lemon linguine. More than enough for the three of us.. Dessert was a delicious orange marmalade tart. Every bite was pure heaven. All pastas are homemade right in the restaurant.. they specialize in excellence and taste. Phenomenal..I closed eyes and I was right back in Tuscany. Well done Maggie and your team!
The people working there are very pleasant and the atmosphere is great. The food though… horrible. I can only imagine the people reviewing this have never eaten pasta before. The ravioli was chewy and not properly cooked. It also cost $17 for a salad that was basically lettuce and a gross amount of cheese, and $32 for 5 poorly cooked raviolis with some tomatoes thrown on top. I never write reviews but this was so incredibly disappointing and would not recommend. You can get much higher quality food for half the price elsewhere.
We LOVED everything about our wonderful culinary tastings here! First of all, we are Italian are tough critics of Italian cuisine. The chefs are amazing fun really dedicated to the patron’s experience. We ordered the famous family-style Maggie Salad (which was to die for), the crusty crunchy soul-feeding, country-style bread, the tender, handmade yummy Papardelle ai Funghi as well as a plate of yummy ricotta spinach dumplings that melted in our mouths. To top it off, we splurged with both desserts (almond-orange cookies AND the sweet pastry tart). Next time we visit Oregon, we will definitely include Pastificio d’Oro! Grazie to the kitchen gang!
The food is out of this world. You can clearly tell the owner loves what she does. I never write reviews about restaurants and I couldn’t even wait until I got home! Can’t wait to come back :
Ridiculously good! Everyone was super nice as well. We liked the limited menu, less decisions!
