Ovation Coffee Tea - Jennings Lodge

For vegetarians, they offer a delicious supreme breakfast sandwich filled with veggies, cheese, and eggs, along with a caprese panini and various baked goods. If you have dietary restrictions, you'll be pleased to know they provide a variety of milk alternatives for drinks and offer gluten-free breakfast sandwiches all day long. There are also some tasty gluten-free packaged cookies and fruit bars available. It's a kid-friendly spot as well, with families frequenting the place daily. The ice cream is a huge hit among the little ones!

This is a pretty good coffee shop. I was nearby, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the lavender matcha latte, which was quite alright, although the matcha flavor could have been stronger. It's a nice spot to visit if you're in the area and looking for a little boost.

Every couple of months, I find myself at the Waterfront and often stop by Ovation. During my most recent visit, I ordered the vegetarian panini, opting to pay extra for chicken. While the vegetables in the panini were decent, the chicken was incredibly unappetizing—what I would describe as a slimy, mystery meat that was nearly inedible. I ended up pulling out a lot of it, including some gristle. On a positive note, the nitro lemonade was delightful. However, given the prices, there’s no excuse for the low quality of the meat—was it from Sysco or just some sort of mystery slime? Owners, it's time to take responsibility and improve. The servers were very accommodating and kind, so this isn't a reflection on them.

Love this coffee shop!! The coffee and matcha are consistently delicious. And the pastries are amazing!!
