Breakfast sandwich on pretzel was soft and fresh. The almond cake was fresh too.

Lovely pastries, great bread. Pretzel baguette is a super fun bread. My partner loves the Nutella Swirl. Super friendly staff, cute indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Fantastic bakery with some of the best bread and pasteries have ever had. Any pretzel was amazing (tried the roll, baguette, and bagel). Those pastries will be in my dreams. The cinnamon roll has never been my thing but tires theirs is a cross between cinnamon roll and croissant with the best parts of each. I cannot wait to come back any chance I get.

I love everything I’ve ever had from Fressen. I especially enjoy the seasonal flavors of the Danish pastry, the soft pretzel-breaded breakfast sando, and the new Ham bagel sandwich. If you ever have the opportunity to catch Fressen when they’re serving dinner, I highly recommend it. They once had a veggie spaetzle with mushrooms that blew my tiny little mind. The staff are amazing, and this is one of my favorite spots in Portland.
