Bidrage med feedbackKiller food. Best catfish filet I’ve had since leaving Louisiana. Just Erica in there cooking, serving, greeting. Insane! Had me wanting to jump in and start taking orders.
Soul food with soul for those with food allergies (GF) and veg/vegan options. Had smothered tofu w 2 sides. Took left over collard greens and stewed cabbage made a morning scramble.
Was going into Portland to look for a place to eat was excited to try it. Food was good however, you met my mom with a nasty demeanor she was nothing but calm and nice. We were excited to support a local female business she even tipped despite your rudeness.
Erica's is one of my favorite places to eat in PDX. Have followed her cart to several locations now, and the food has always been top-notch. There is nowhere else I know of that offers some of these homemade dishes. My go-to is the salmon croquettes, black-eye peas, and collard greens, but everything else I have tried was also delicious.
Went to get salmon croquettes and collard greens both which they did not have along with over half the menu. Ended up ordering the meatloaf, Mac and cheese, and tots. Food took 90 minutes to come out and when it did at best was mediocre, heavy salt flavor. If being busy means putting out 3 orders an hour id love to see how that business plan works as a food truck. I’m sure that’s how half the menu was out by the time I got there at 7pm. Pshhhh ?
