Always efficient and so friendly. I make this store my Dunkin Destination

I used the app to order and iced teas were accurate and ready when I pulled up to the window

I went around 8pm in the drive thru. I had mobile ordered so I expected to just pick it up. When I got to the window they told me they couldn't make my food, because they were doing a deep of the machine that was needed. I asked for a replacement of avocado toast and they were out of avocado. I asked for one of their new wraps. The chicken and pepper one. They said yes. When I opened it it was really the egg and chorizo one. Too spicy for me. I didn't go back because I was too far away. There have been other times when I've asked for a refresher at 8:15 and they had already cleaned up and only had coffee to offer. No pastries at all at 8:15. Hard to believe. Are they supposed to be cleaning up that far ahead of closing?

Yesterday I came through the drive Thru and ordered coffee and iced teas like I do for people at 1work every day. when I went to get out of the car and bring it in the shop the cover wasn't on and it spilled hot coffee all over me. I had to go home and change my clothes before returning to work. I couldn't return until today. I ordered everything and when I got to the window told the girl what happened. Instead of apologize and remake it. She charged me for the coffee they didn't cover and burned me all over! I am a restaurant manager and this wouldn't fly!
