Snap Custom Pizza - Jenkintown

(Start with the good part) Pizza quality is great. However, the customer service is everything and the employees in this place are awfully selected. They always change and they could be careless about the customer. My family and I were at this point a handful of times and every time we are greeted when entering, we are not asked what we want on our pizza (we are only stared until we lead them). It's very strange, the whole experience. Also I have a gluten sensitivity and they say that it is a risk of cross contamination that is understandable, but they do not even clean their tools to cut the pizza with after use for regular crust before my gluten-free crust. Not much thought that the customer feels welcome.

This place is a beautiful size. But cleanliness is not there. No one wipes the tables or hardly cleanses the floor. The manager had hair on his shirt that could easily have come to dinner. The manager was also on his phone while he worked with the pizzas. A certain no, you do not touch your phone while you do with food. No gloves, so this place doesn't get love. The pizza was goo.

I ordered a custom made pizza for the first time and I wasn't disappointed as I totally enjoyed my delicious pizza. I could definitely taste the garlic, fresh mozzarella and the San Marzano sauce. Now I know that none of the pizza stores in my area use San Marzano sauce because there's a major difference there. The only problem was I ordered a zero calorie tea and was given a sweet tea.
