Arby's - Jellico

Not one employee had a mask. There was a face sign between the cash registers, but the preparation of the food was necessarily breathing. I couldn't eat here. I also noticed that an employee rubs her nose on this photo while the bag of food that is even coarse in normal times.

My husband and I came for lunch. NOBODY had a mask on!!! Wait a few minutes. He ordered a beef and a Cheddar on a regular bungalow. You put it on an onion bunker instead. I ordered a regular roast beef with salad and tomatoes and they pretended they didn't know how to handle it. We wanted to pay with a gift card from Arby. I was told that the gift card machine was down and they couldn't take it, but there was no problem with credit cards. We ordered both milk shakes and said the machine was down. The food was good and hot when we get it, BUT, if you have problems, find a way to fix them and not excuses.

Don't even go at night. Yesterday I have a few sweets and cheese sticks and let me tell you, I? ve never had a delicate as hard or as crispy as these and I had to heat my cheese sticks back after my 1 min. Idk if every night is like this; but I know from a daytime the food is quite fresh and okay. I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be great, either time of the day.

Shake machine always seems down. No product to fix according to recipe. Help needs better training how to enter enquiries so that chefs properly repair. Since we lost two more restaurants, they have to get up and be better. EDIT: I have sent numerous reviews to the company via the website, contact us. This has been happening for a few months. Have received around 8 or so vouchers for the problems. You're kidding.

Ordered 2 potatos and a French dip sandwich. Got through the drive through and checked my food and only had 1 potato. Came back through to let them know and they said they didn't have any. So they sold me 2 potatos when they only had one and didn't even say anything. Then I get home and pull out my french DIP sandwich to realize they didn't include the DIP that comes with it. It's always something like this. This place is out right ridiculous.
