Taco Bell - Jefferson

My experience at this restaurant was not good. We were the only customers there for the first 30 minutes, and when our food finally arrived, the quesadillas were undercooked, the cheese wasn't melted, and there was no chipotle sauce. I asked for no sauce on the gordita, but it came with so much sauce that it was inedible. It was a total disappointment, especially for a pregnant mother like myself. We wasted 30 dollars on food that we couldn't eat. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited the drive-thru and the person who took our order was not very friendly. They have a new chicken taco box but I was disappointed to find that it only had two small tacos with a chicken strip and a lot of salad, not the full box that I paid for. The locos tacos were soggy and stale. The chips and cheese were burnt and old. I would not waste my money there again. I hope they improve in the future.

The worst service ever! I was greeted and seated, but then when I started ordering my food, I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait for Taco Bell. I suggested ordering from KFC instead, but was informed that there would be a 20 minute wait there as well. I wish I had been told about the long wait times before I began ordering.

After placing my order on her indoor kiosk, it took 10 minutes to get started on my 3 article order. I was the only person in the restaurant. the manager has upgraded my drink with an excuse. good gesture.

Drive through only had a basic family dinner... they were out of slaw at 4:30 in the afternoon did not receive the biscuits which I asked twice to assure I got them. Did not re eive my receipt wasn't even offered it. Tried to call them back and they never answered the.phone. tried for.6 hours.not a pleasant trip
