Izzo's Illegal Burrito Harvey

Great food. My son has shrimp allergies and they made sure no cross contamination

I visit the store in Harvey. La. my shrimp was over cooked the guy who waited on me was moving so slow like he didn't want to be there the counter top was dirty and the worker act like that did see food to swipe off to trash can.

Apparently when you order chips on the side thru a delivery app they want to think for you and put them in the bowl. This has happened twice, that's not what I asked for. First they made me nachos when I asked for a burrito bowl and then this time someone had the bright idea to crush the chips on top of my meal.Read the ticket and give me exactly what I asked for, especially if I paid for it. What a goofy experience.

Good food, quick service, and clean dining environment. It is kind of like another take on Qudoba but with more variety.

Delicious food, but customer service is trash. Went to go check out someone else’s order was up, I went to pay because I didn’t think anything of it then got told as soon as I paid it was for someone else. I assumed they’d fix it before it went through I was I was wrong, I said “oh the transaction went through” a girl with ginger hair said “I know” with a really bad attitude. I didn’t mean to be rude but it could’ve been handled way better. No apologies or anything. Just a very ugly attitude as if she didn’t want to work there.
