Bidrage med feedbackI love the ice cream here. I never eat the food, but the ice cream is great. I've only ever had one bad experience here and it was because they put way too much caramel in a caramel Sunday and when it cooled you basically couldn't even eat the ice cream. The cones here are great and so are the blizzards (not the right name but I can't remember off the top of my head)
No bad place to go if they are looking for a nice non-chain food link. this place was the knee of the bees about 15 years ago, but new places came by and their changed. they still have good soft ice cream. the service is pretty good for young high school children. 4 stars cause that they are still there and a jefferson city legend when they stop eating here about this place. their trusted critics
Love this place, but there are a few flaws~ -Ice cream machine is broke a lot -Can't drive by and tell if they're open~ You have to check online or call. Flaws aside, I really enjoy the ice cream, the people are always cheerful- a great place to get ice cream!
This place is normally awesome the last time I was here which was a couple days ago Services really went downhill the manager needs to step up and start watching these people for example polish sausage sandwiches are usually nice and fresh and hot and cutting in half this time it was just slam together wake up zosto or you will lose your business I give good results but this was uncalled for
I loved this place 20 years ago. Staff is sooooooooo indifferent to customers now. I keep going back to take my father to get a shake from there as it is his favorite place to get one. But out of the last 10 times I have been there I have not been greeted with a good morning good afternoon good evening, how are you? Not told thank you or appreciate you coming ,nothing. It's like I'm a distraction to everybody on their phones. Simple courteousy would go a long way. When I walk in in I'm not even looked at but asked what do you want? Never a high never a smile never anything to make me feel like I am welcomed there. I'll take my dad but believe me I will never go back. Rude insensitive discourteous staff. If they don't want to be there let them stay home. Find somebody who makes your customers feel like they matter. Because the staff you have there fails miserably at that.
